You can access clients via the "Window" menu item and selecting "Customers" in the Project Manager or via the "Customers" button.

In customer management, you will see an overview of all your customers. Some details about the customer are also displayed directly. If you double-click on the customer, you will be taken to the "Customer" dialog, which allows you to change customer details or filter by specific criteria. Here you can also view invoices and enter additional information, such as the customer relationship. The tabs are identical for clients, so we will discuss the individual tabs in the Customer Data chapter.

Categorization of customers:
Do you have customers who should receive a card at Christmas time? But also customers who should receive both a Christmas card and a gift? Then assign the customer a corresponding category under the "General" tab. You can create the category directly in the customer data.

You can then use the grouping function and the "Category" selection or the search function to display the relevant customers with the selected category.

Custom fields:
You can create up to ten custom fields that you can use to filter.

Under the "Additional" tab, assign statuses to your customer relationships and add comments. This allows every employee to see the current status of the relationship with the customer. If the customer relationship is tense or critical, the address is highlighted in color.

Enter keywords for your customers, which you can then use to filter the address list.
