In Xpert-Timer, a customer can have multiple contacts, which is often the case with large customers.

In the customer management overview, you can see the list of your customers on the left-hand side and all contacts associated with the customer in the "Contacts" tab on the right-hand side.

 

If you want to edit customer contacts separately, you can display them directly in list format via the "Contacts" tab:

 
 
The "Contacts" tab provides an overview of all contacts that have been created. These can be grouped, sorted, and exported for further processing.

 

The contact list offers you a wide range of options for grouping and filtering your list. For example, you can create a list of contacts who should receive a Christmas card.

 

You can save each view you create so that you don't have to set the filters again and again.

Many other functions are available in the context menu. For example, you can display the customer's address on a map, write an email directly, or call the customer via the TAPI interface.
