User-defined fields
In the "More" tab, you have two tabs to choose from. In the "Custom fields" area, you can create and rename fields yourself. If you access the database via XTAPI, these fields are available for evaluation.
To rename the fields, right-click on a user-defined field or in the empty area if no fields are available yet. In the context menu, you can now specify which fields you want to display and you can also rename the fields directly in the same menu.
In the evaluation, you can filter your times based on these user-defined fields. To do this, use the "User field" search field, then the corresponding user field and the text entered there.

Notifications
In the "Notifications" tab, click on the "Edit email text" button to change the default text when sending emails.
Now enter the complete text that you want to appear in the email. When the email is sent, you will have another opportunity to change the text.
