In the "Billing" tab, you can assign a specific cost rate to each user and each project. As soon as you create a project to be billed, you will see the "Billing" tab. Enter the flat rate or hourly rate you want to use to calculate the project there. You will then receive an overview of the costs in the evaluation and in the time stamps.
The profit/loss is calculated as follows:
Total revenue = Recorded times x Price per unit
Total expenses = Stored hourly rate for the employee x Recorded times
G/L services = sales price - cost price of the services entered

In the dialog box, select which costs should be used for the calculation. Those stored for the project, the main project, or the employee.
You can round the timestamps when recording the time. Please note that rounded timestamps are marked with an (R). The timestamps are usually no longer connected at the end of the day due to the rounding function.
If you do not want to round the timestamps directly during entry, you can also display them rounded "for viewing only" in your project manager without changing the original entry in the database. This allows you to send your customer a printout with rounded data without losing your actual time recording.
To do this, right-click on a timestamp and select View -> Round up each timestamp to the nearest billing unit when displayed.
