Installation > Install server updates

On the server, you also use the respective installation file, XTInstDE.exe for the Pro version and XTInstBasicDE.exe for the Basic version. Install the new version in your existing Xpert-Timer folder and make sure that the path is correct.

Xpert-Timer automatically recognizes that this is an update and updates your version of XTAdmin.exe. You can start the program after installation to configure the database connection.

During the initial installation, a user for administration is provided. In XTAdmin, you can log in with the default user: XTADMIN and default password xtadmin. Please change the password to prevent access by unauthorized persons.

Only the user XTADMIN can perform maintenance work on the database. All other users have restricted access.
