You can find employee management in your project manager under the menu item "Window" and the selection "Employees." Here you can manage all employees in the Xpert Timer system.

In employee management, you can also create work groups and rights groups under the various tabs, as well as view the last synchronization runs. In the "Reports" tab, you will find a "Comes/Goes" report about your employees, as well as a monthly overview.


If you use the "Time Tracking" module, the "Employment" tab is available in employee management. There you can see at a glance which working time models your employees use. Double-clicking on a data record takes you back to the "Edit Employment" dialog.
