For individual timestamps, Xpert-Timer distinguishes between:
1.) Billable timestamps
2.) Non-billable timestamps
3.) Already billed timestamps
Billable timestamps are calculated using the internal price, but an external price is also calculated at the same time. A non-billable timestamp is calculated internally using the hourly rate stored for the employee, but is shown with an external price of $0.00.
The minutes recorded are always included in the total, as the time recorded should always be of interest.

Non-billable time stamps are displayed in gray font.
Time stamps that have already been billed are highlighted in green and displayed as "Already billed" in the "Status" column. These green-highlighted time stamps are no longer automatically included in the invoice.
Example of use of non-billable timestamps
Non-billable timestamps are used, for example, for warranties or free support. So if you have created a project where your customer pays on an hourly basis and you provide a service free of charge to the customer, you should set the corresponding timestamp to "non-billable." This way, your customer can see in the report that you have provided a service but are not billing them for it.
