1. Activate Outlook module

After you have imported the license file with the Outlook module, you must assign the module to one or more employees in the employee management system. In the Project Manager, click on the menu item "Window" -> "Employees."  Double-click on the relevant employee and select the "Additional Modules" tab in the employee data. Check the box "Activate Outlook Module for Employees" so that all Outlook functions are available to the employee.

 

The Outlook module also works with the "Thunderbird" email program. This means you can also drag and drop emails from Thunderbird into Xpert-Timer.
