To keep track of ongoing communication with the customer, you can enter notes about the customer in Xpert-Timer. You can later filter these by words in the text or narrow them down by date.
Special agreements or discussions with the customer should be entered here.

You can save your groupings and filters at any time.

The saved views are then available to you in the same menu.
