Reports (attendance)

Here you can create reports on attendance and clocked time in Xpert-Timer for all users. Please note that Xpert-Timer does not count weekends or public holidays as "overtime." The working hours per day in the employee management system for the respective employee are used as the basis for calculation.

The first stamp is set as soon as the first project is started in Xpert-Timer. The last stamp is the last time stamp on a day. This results in the attendance. Xpert-Timer cannot see whether an employee was away from the office during this attendance. The sum of the timestamps is the time actually booked on projects, excluding all "non-billable" projects (such as lunch breaks). The sum of the timestamps therefore results in attendance minus non-billable projects.

Overtime/under-time is calculated based on the sum of the timestamps and the specified working time per day in the employee data.
