In the employee management section, you can assign your employees to different departments or administrative groups in the "Workgroups" tab. Here, too, you can drag the employee to the appropriate workgroup with a click of the mouse.

If you want to create a new workgroup, click on the green plus button "New workgroup". The "Create workgroup" window will open. Enter the name of the workgroup, an abbreviation, and, if necessary, further details on representation, cost center, and description of the workgroup in the Details section.

After saving the new work group, you can assign the corresponding employees to the work group in the "Employees" tab.
