The employee management section contains the tabs "Employees," "Workgroups," "Permission Groups," "Synchronization," and "Reports." Click the "New Employee" button in the "Employees" tab to open the "Employee Data" dialog box.

Create the new employee in the Employee window. If you create each user manually, make sure that you enter the Windows user name of the corresponding employee in the "User name/login ID" field, otherwise automatic login via Windows authentication will not work.

If your XpertTimer.exe is located on a network drive, employees who have not yet been created in the employee management system can also start Xpert-Timer. Xpert-Timer automatically recognizes that the employee is not yet in the database and then creates the employee and assigns the standard "basic rights." Your next step should therefore be to adjust the rights groups in order to assign the appropriate rights to the user. |
